Podcast: NGDATA survey reveals need for banks to use data analysis to know customers better

This week, U.S. Research firm NGDATA announced the results of its recent consumer banking survey, which covered satisfaction, service, loyalty, and customer behaviors. Sifting through the responses of 500 customers of American banks, NGDATA revealed statistics that suggest a need for expanded data collection and analysis strategies throughout the banking sector. Most importantly, only 20.1 percent of respondents are very confident that their bank understands them, and 37.1 percent are somewhat confident.
